[Hiring] Enterprise Solution Architect @American IT Systems

Role Description

The solution requires a centralized Consent Registry, Policy Repository Point (PRP), Policy Decision Point (PDP), Policy Enforcement Points (PEPs), FHIR R4 compliance, consent management integration, sensitivity classification, IAM enforcement, and healthcare-grade policy governance.

The Enterprise Solution Architect will provide overall architecture leadership for the Consent & Access Enforcement platform and ensure alignment with Mayo Clinic's approved target architecture, healthcare security standards, interoperability requirements, and enterprise data strategy. This role is accountable for end-to-end solution design, architecture governance, technology selection, and delivery oversight across consent management, policy management, and access enforcement domains. The architect will act as the primary technical authority and liaison between business, architecture, security, data, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of enterprise architecture experience.
• 7+ years of healthcare platform architecture experience.
• Experience designing large-scale healthcare interoperability and patient data platforms.
• Strong experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
• Experience delivering highly regulated healthcare solutions involving PHI protection.
