[Hiring] Enterprise Architect @Bright Vision Technologies

Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to define, govern, and drive the adoption of enterprise-wide DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, and Observability standards across technology stacks and application environments. This role will be responsible for establishing enterprise Gold Standards, reference architectures, technology patterns, and engineering practices for DevOps and Observability. The architect will evaluate emerging technologies and tools, conduct Proofs of Value (POVs), define technology recommendations, and lead the implementation of approved standards across applications and infrastructure.

• Provides senior level expertise on overall direction, guidance, definition, decisions, and priorities regarding the enterprise’s overall architecture to effectively support the organization business strategy.
• Interact with business leaders, IT leaders, vendors and industry experts to translate business requirements, understand options to capabilities, and create architecture blueprints and high-level solution designs for the most complex architectural components of a program.
• Strategy – Interfaces across several business areas, acting as a visionary to proactively assist in defining direction for future projects.
• Execution – Reviews, advises, and designs standard software and hardware builds, system options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on the enterprise business process and goals.
• Operations – Facilitates the establishment and implementation of standards and reference material that guides the design of technology solutions.
• Innovation - Responsible for researching, analyzing, designing, proposing, and delivering solutions that are appropriate for the business and technologies strategies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
• Experience with DevSecOps, cloud-native engineering, and observability.
• Strong technical depth and transformation leadership skills.
