Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team at a major European institution. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in developing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies that align with business objectives.

• Developing and maintaining enterprise architecture models, roadmaps, and strategies that align with business objectives
• Conducting business analysis and providing subject matter expertise to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize business processes
• Leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement architecture solutions that meet business needs
• Providing guidance and oversight on architecture-related projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline) with equivalent experience, or Master’s Degree (MBA/MSc)
• TOGAF certified or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
• English certificate language (at least C1)

Requirements

• At least 7 years of proven experience working in the fields of Enterprise Architecture, with a strong track record of delivering successful architecture solutions

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, business processes analysis, and software maturity models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write and present compelling studies, business cases, visions, and analytical models
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in an international/multicultural environment, with a strong business-oriented mindset
