Role Description

The role is responsible for closing out enrollments, confirming policy issuance, entering data into the database, and working with various teams.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and analytical
• A high level of accountability and ownership of work
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on a fast-paced team with specific deadlines
• Resourcefulness and ability to consult with others in the process
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
• Strong interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas, look-up functions, and data validation techniques to manage and clean large, multi-source datasets with high accuracy
• Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) skills
• Nice To Have: Ability to audit and reconcile discrepancies found in Excel files
