Role Description

As an Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in empowering internal teams and customers to successfully utilize InMoment’s products. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing enablement programs that provide employees and customers with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to drive engagement, adoption, and success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to enhance their capabilities and drive business impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Learning & Development, or a related field; relevant certifications or equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales enablement, customer enablement, or learning and development, preferably within a technology or SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of enablement strategies for internal teams and customer success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in enablement tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, CRM systems, content management systems).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, customer success best practices, and learning design principles.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement comprehensive enablement programs, including training, certification, and onboarding initiatives for internal teams and customers.
  • Create and maintain a library of enablement content and resources, such as training materials, best practices guides, and product documentation.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to ensure employees and customers are equipped to maximize the value of InMoment’s products.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and enablement content.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs, gathering feedback and making continuous improvements.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees and customers, addressing their needs and challenges.
  • Maintain and manage enablement platforms and portals, ensuring they are up-to-date with relevant materials and resources.
  • Track and report on enablement program effectiveness and adoption, identifying opportunities for additional support and development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in enablement and incorporate them into our programs.
