Role Description

The Editor/Content Producer is responsible for collaborating with teams and client stakeholders across the organization to deliver compelling, results-oriented video assets and consumer and B2B-facing content. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite at our headquarters in Newton, MA.

Create engaging videos ranging from brand manifestos to product-focused assets
Work with a wide variety of internal business lines, from child-focused early education centers to high-level enterprise B2B clients
Ensure that the vision for webinars, podcasts, and newsletter assets is realized
Own projects from start to finish, including communicating with stakeholders
Collaborate with the Design team to enhance finished products
Demonstrate a full understanding of the script and the story to be told
Film individuals for testimonials and impactful B-roll
Edit and enhance footage, integrating design elements to produce polished final products
Record webinars and manage the ON24 Platform for Family Webinars
Report on KPIs for all content programs to maximize client business objectives

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or related major in film, design, animation, After Effects, etc.
3 years of experience in film, design, animation, After Effects, etc.
A compelling portfolio and reel are required for consideration

Requirements

Deep experience and thoroughly skilled with Premiere Pro and After Effects
Experience with Sony and Canon cinema cameras
Thorough understanding of studio and remote lighting and audio systems
Skilled with other apps within Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Media Encoder, and Firefly
Experience with automated media asset management (MAM) and digital asset management (DAM) systems
