[Hiring] E-commerce Technical Assistant @Foxelli Group

Role Description

We're looking for an E-commerce Technical Assistant (AI & Shopify) to support our IT Specialist and help with the day-to-day execution of taking care of our e-commerce business / AI tools, and systems.

• Manage Shopify, maintain automations, handle access across our tools, and keep our SaaS subscriptions in check.
• This is not a developer role; you don't need to code from scratch.
• You need to be genuinely tech-savvy, someone who figures things out, builds with AI tools, and keeps everything running clean behind the scenes.
• Flexible working hours with no rigid schedule; what matters is that the work gets done well.
• Expected to pick up new tools fast, connect the dots between systems, and adapt on the fly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Shopify admin and Flow experience
• Ability to read, debug, and maintain Google Apps Scripts
• Understanding of REST APIs: requests, JSON, authentication
• Experience with Recharge or a similar subscription platform
• Knowledge of access management, RBAC, SSO, and 2FA in practice
• Experience using NordPass or equivalent and treating security as non-negotiable
• Genuinely AI-literate: able to prompt well, iterate fast, and know when to trust the output and when to check it
• Ability to document everything
• Clear communication in English with vendors, HR, and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts

Requirements

• €800-€1300 fixed service fee after taxes (depending on skills, competencies, and experience)

Eligibility & Location Requirements

• This role is 100% remote
• Primarily operates in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3
• Open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported
• For full-time roles, availability during at least 5 hours of typical working hours in the EET time zone is expected
