Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Dynatrace Lead to join our team and drive our observability and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) initiatives.

• Champion the adoption of Dynatrace and its benefits to various IT teams within the organization.
• Lead the implementation and management of Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
• Create dashboards for infrastructure monitoring.
• Create application dashboards for synthetic monitoring and RUM.
• Create dashboards for FinOps insights.
• Leverage Dynatrace AIOps capabilities to accelerate adherence to SLAs.
• Drive observability practices and ensure comprehensive monitoring across all systems.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for adopting and using Dynatrace.
• Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation for monitoring processes and configurations.
• Train and mentor team members on Dynatrace and observability practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Dynatrace expert, with deep knowledge of synthetic monitoring and real user monitoring.
• Strong understanding of FinOps and AIOps principles.
• Passion for observability and SRE practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in Dynatrace or related technologies are a plus.
