Role Description

Mercier Consultancy is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Dutch-speaking Digital Safety & Trust Specialist based in Bulgaria. This role is ideal for Dutch speakers looking to build an international career while contributing to a safer online environment by helping review digital content and supporting platform integrity.

As a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist with Dutch and English, you will:

• Review user-generated back-office information, which may include sensitive or potentially disturbing content, and ensure compliance with established policies.
• Take prompt and appropriate action on information that violates guidelines or poses risks.
• Stay updated on internal policies to ensure accurate implementation.
• Identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail.
• Be comfortable processing sensitive information.
• Have a strong ability to defend decisions and provide context with logical reasoning.
• Identify patterns in behavior to enhance decision-making.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to deal with shifting priorities and high volumes of work.
• Experience investigating fraud, spam, or other types of inappropriate information is an asset.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch.
• B2 or higher English language skill.
