Role Description

We are seeking a skilled DSPM Architect/Engineer to support the implementation, integration, and operationalization of Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) capabilities across cloud and SaaS environments. The role requires strong expertise in AWS, Azure, data security, Microsoft security solutions, and cloud-native technologies.

• Deploy, configure, and maintain DSPM solutions across enterprise cloud environments.
• Integrate DSPM platforms with data repositories across AWS, Azure, and SaaS environments.
• Onboard data sources and support data discovery and classification.
• Support DSPM integrations with AWS EKS and Azure AKS.
• Identify and secure sensitive data across cloud storage and containerized applications.
• Configure and maintain integrations with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Manage Microsoft Purview policies for data classification, governance, and protection.
• Implement and manage Netskope DLP integrations and policies.
• Develop data protection rules for sensitive information.
• Collaborate with Cloud DevOps, Security Operations, Compliance, and Application teams.
• Participate in architecture reviews and document integration designs and operational procedures.
• Support monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Cloud Security, Data Security, Security Engineering, or related areas.
• Hands-on AWS and EKS experience.
• Hands-on Azure and AKS experience.
• Experience integrating security platforms with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Purview policies and data governance.
• Experience with Netskope DLP policies and integrations.
• Understanding of data classification, DLP, data protection, and governance.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DSPM platforms such as Cyera, BigID, Varonis, Wiz, Rubrik DSPM, or Securiti.ai.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOX, or GDPR.
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep.
• Relevant AWS, Azure, Microsoft Security, or CCSP certifications.
