[Hiring] Domain Business Analyst @Cynet Systems

Role Description

• Gather and document user stories, workflows, and business rules for assigned use cases.
• Translate business needs into agent inputs, outputs, tool boundaries, and guardrails.
• Define measurable acceptance criteria and support UAT planning and execution.
• Coordinate with SMEs for data access, clarifications, and sign-offs.
• Support KPI baseline definition and post go-live adoption tracking; maintain requirements traceability.

Qualifications

• Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping, and documentation.
• Domain depth in Finance, Marketing, or HR.
• Agile delivery, UAT lifecycle, and KPI frameworks.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI or chatbot use cases.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a Business Analyst; AI awareness required.
• Must be able to work onsite in the USA aligned to business hours.

Benefits
