Ready to take your expertise to the next level? Bobcat is looking for a District Parts & Service Manager II (DPSM) to help drive dealer success and operational excellence across the network. In this role, you’ll partner closely with dealerships to evaluate performance, uncover opportunities, and lead meaningful improvements that enhance both service quality and business results.

• Play a key role as a strategic advisor—using data and insights to guide decision-making, influence performance, and build alignment across teams.
• Lead performance reviews, drive action plans, and foster strong collaboration to help dealers strengthen their operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; candidates with an Associate’s degree or equivalent education combined with extensive relevant experience may also be considered.
• 5-7 years of experience in parts and service management, operations management, or customer support within relevant industries.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong relationship-building and networking abilities to establish and maintain trustworthy partnerships with dealers and customers.
• Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills to effectively manage dealer agreements and challenging interactions.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles and troubleshooting skills necessary for effective dealer support and technical advice.
• Skilled in using performance data to drive accountability, implement impactful changes in dealer operations, and ensure accuracy in performance analysis.
• Maintain a positive and constructive attitude when tackling challenges, proactively identifying and implementing innovative, actionable solutions that drive team success and organizational growth.
• Experience leading team meetings and presenting ideas clearly to foster engagement and alignment.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Requirements

• Required to travel 50-75% of the time within the assigned district, including air travel.
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
