[Hiring] Distribution Admin Assistant @UPS

Role Description

This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects. He/She performs general office duties that may include:

• Word processing
• Data entry
• Auditing documents
• Answering phones
• Distributing mail
• Reserving conference rooms
• Coordinating meetings
• Other duties as assigned

This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• More than 1 year working at UPS and at the current position (Record free of severe disciplinary actions)
• Fully Acceptable Performance Rating or above
• C1 English Level required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook - Preferred
• Knowledge of International Transportation & Logistics – Preferred
• Knowledge of UPS Small Package products – A must
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• UPS System knowledge and Experience (IVP, E2K, FGV, BRIO, QVM)

Requirements

• Grade 7
• Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday 8am to 5pm local time
• Work from Home
