[Hiring] Director, Radiology IT Operations @Radiology Partners

Role Description

Lead 24/7 Response Operations, serving as Incident Commander for major incidents and ensuring effective escalation, communication, service restoration, and operational continuity.

• Own Incident and Problem Management processes, including RCA, trend analysis, post-incident reviews, and corrective actions to reduce recurring issues and operational risk.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for customer-impacting issues, ensuring transparent stakeholder communication while protecting uptime and critical clinical workflows.
• Lead, coach, and develop Response Analysts through performance management, career development, accountability, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence through service metrics, reporting, ITSM governance, workflow standardization, and data-driven process improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical and clinical leadership through expertise in Mosaic platforms, imaging systems, AI-assisted operational tools, and user-centered support practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 7+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or clinical systems support.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading teams.
• Knowledge in radiology workflows, PACS, Intelerad, Clario, etc. highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in Incident, Major Incident, and Problem Management within 24/7 mission-critical environments, ensuring effective issue resolution, operational excellence, and service reliability.
• Strong communicator and collaborative leader with a customer-first mindset, skilled in stakeholder management, clinical IT support, team partnership, continuous learning, and maintaining high ethical standards.
• Ability to work evenings and nights as needed and participate in on-call rotations; up to 20% travel as needed.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $135,000.00 - $150,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
