[Hiring] Director, Pricing @SBI Growth

Role Description

When you join SBI as a Director - Pricing, you are joining a firm that is at the forefront of driving innovative go-to-market transformations, helping clients solve their revenue growth challenges. The Director is responsible for providing high-level leadership on our most complex client projects.

• Ensure that firm best practices are deployed to solve clients’ growth challenges.
• Establish yourself as a pricing and revenue growth expert.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives.
• Work on-site at client locations and from your home office, reporting to a Managing Director.
• Lead and support business development efforts in collaboration with a Partner.
• Ensure strong, profitable, and enduring relationships with clients.
• Help establish new relationships that will pay dividends in the future.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience.
• At least 6 years spent in Management Consulting.
• At least 3 years managing people.
• Mix of industry and professional services experience.
• Experience with a management consulting firm.
• Experience working within Private Equity firms or large enterprise clients.
• Functional experience in Pricing, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Marketing.
• Experience in the C-Suite or with VP-level executives, especially CEOs, CPOs, and CMOs.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to executive audiences.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
• Solid functional knowledge within SBI’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• MBA.
• Ability to travel at least 50% - 60% of the time.
