[Hiring] Director of Referral Management @Franciscan Alliance, Inc.

Role Description

At Franciscan, the Director of Referral Management is critical for developing, standardizing, centralizing, and optimizing the referral program across markets. In this role you will assist in forming the referral strategy and oversee operations related to referral management and patient access.

• Must be willing to travel onsite from time to time as needed for leadership meetings.
• Develop, standardize, centralize, and optimize the referral process, workflows, and education.
• Strategically develop relationships, operational infrastructure, and best practices to improve efficiency, patient access, and provider relations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve strategic initiatives related to referral management, patient outreach, and patient access.
• Maintain the integrity of the referral network, identify system solutions, collaborate with partner organizations, and oversee physician relationships.
• Direct the assessment, design, development, planning, implementation, data collection/reporting, and evaluation of referral management and specialist utilization.
• Oversee assessment, implementation, evaluation, and revision of existing and new technology and programs to keep pace with emerging trends.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration - Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or Business - Required
• 8 years of related experience in a corporate or business setting, managed health care, hospital, or insurance environment, with at least three of those years at the management level or higher - Required
• 6 years progressively responsible experience in health care, including demonstrated success in an administrative capacity with responsibilities working directly with physicians - Required
