  • Familiarity with donor research tools and project management platforms preferred
  • Passion for Repair the World's mission and commitment to building thriving Jewish communities through Jewish service

  • Serve as the lead grant writer for the organization, drafting, editing, and submitting foundation proposals, letters of inquiry, and grant reports.
  • Translate Repair the World's programs, impact, and priorities into clear, compelling narratives aligned with funder interests.
  • Collaborate with program, evaluation, finance, and leadership staff to gather content, outcomes data, and financial information for proposals and reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of all grant deliverables and maintain high standards of clarity, accuracy, and storytelling.

If the document was part of a collaborative submission, please indicate your role in preparing the sample. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Selected candidates will be invited to a screening interview. Candidates advancing from the initial conversation will be invited to complete a brief written assignment (approximately 30–60 minutes) designed to illustrate their grant writing approach and ability to translate programmatic information into a compelling narrative. Candidates will receive clear instructions and background materials for the assignment.
