Role Description

Centric Software is seeking a strategic Director of IT to lead our global technology vision. This is more than an operational role; it is a leadership position responsible for the 24x7 availability of our global cloud infrastructure, the security of our intellectual property, and the scalability of our internal systems to support rapid global expansion.

• Architect and manage resilient, scalable, and secure global 24x7 cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure) to support our PLM and SaaS solutions.
• Own the company’s security posture. Maintain and evolve policies for SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOX compliance. Implement Zero Trust architecture and identity management systems to harden enterprise security.
• Lead a high-performing global team providing Tier III & IV technical support and incident management. Establish clear SLAs and performance metrics for infrastructure reliability.
• Manage the IT P&L, including vendor negotiations, contract management, and cloud cost optimization (FinOps).
• Oversee the selection and integration of internal enterprise business systems, ensuring seamless end-to-end data flow between cloud and on-premises applications.
• Author and test robust DR/BCP strategies to ensure fault tolerance across all critical application platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ Years of IT Experience: With at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams.
• Cloud Native Expert: Proven experience architecting private/public cloud environments for high-availability SaaS companies.
• Compliance Veteran: Deep, hands-on experience with regulatory frameworks including SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA is non-negotiable.
• M&A & Scalability: Experience integrating technologies and teams post-acquisition (like Taleo/Oracle integrations) is a strong plus.
• Technical Chops: Background in Computer Science or related field. Familiarity with DevOps culture, CI/CD strategies, and modern IT service management (ITIL v4).

Benefits

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $200,000 - $225,000 + Bonus, Equity and Benefits.
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.
• Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
• Compensation details listed reflect the base salary and certain positions may be offered with additional variable incentives.
