Role Description

The Director, M & A Integrations is responsible for defining and executing strategies to ensure McAfee maximizes the value of our transactions. This role involves:

Integration Strategy Development: Define and execute comprehensive integration plans, aligning with the overall corporate strategy and financial objectives
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to ensure seamless integration and minimize disruption
Due Diligence: Participate in due diligence processes to identify potential integration challenges and opportunities
Post-Acquisition Integration: Lead post-announcement integration activities: system integration, employee transition, and cultural assimilation
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with M&A transactions, including financial, operational and legal risks
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Achievement: Define, monitor, and ensure achievement of deal KPIs
Change Management: Implement effective change management strategies to minimize customer and business disruption and maximize employee engagement during integration process
Communication: Ensure all stakeholders (executives, functional team members, external parties) are appropriately informed and engaged

Qualifications

At least 10 years (we’d love more!) of experience in M&A, corporate development, or related field
Proven history of successful M&A integration projects
Excellent analytics skill set
Strong financial acumen and understanding of M&A valuation and financial modeling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Strong project management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proven competency to effectively interact at all levels across the organization
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a curiosity mindset
Strategic thinker and persuasive presenter
