Role Description

Our C Space Health communities team is on a mission to humanize healthcare from the outside-in; bringing the voice of the customer (patient, provider, caregiver) to confidently guide healthcare companies to deliver improved experiences, better health outcomes, and commercial success.

Qualifications

• Relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry/healthcare experience, ideally in market research and data analysis, consumer insights, marketing/brand management.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in market research within healthcare.
• Proven track record as a practitioner of qualitative and quantitative research.
• Inclusive leader with demonstrated success managing and developing direct reports over multiple years.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to deal with competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive account growth through problem-solving, team building, thinking strategically, and building relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues when necessary.

Salary

The Salary Range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000.
