• Utilize Huron tools, methodologies, and best practices in the selection, planning, and implementation of leading enterprise software and analytics solutions.
• Responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting, and client interface/presentations.
• Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years experience as a technical developer; experience with cloud implementations and integrations; end-to-end implementation experience; experience with Oracle Student Financial Aid (SFA). Groovy scripting preferred but not required.
• 2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users.
• Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision.
• A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.
• Aptitude for, and enjoyment of working in teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.
• Flexible living locations in the U.S.

Requirements

• The estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000-$130,000.
• Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $117,600-$153,400.
• This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
