Role Description

The Design Producer acts as the key link between clients and the design team. This person will own client communication, project coordination, scheduling, and asset management — making sure every project is properly prepared before work begins and delivered efficiently. This is a blend of Account Management and Creative Project Management, ideal for someone who understands design workflows and thrives in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project
• Gather and organize all required assets before project kickoff
• Translate client needs into clear and actionable design briefs
• Manage project timelines and keep deliverables on track
• Coordinate work between in-house designers and external partners
• Work alongside finance on quotes, approvals, and scope changes
• Maintain project tracking for status, ownership, and profitability
• Manage revision rounds and client feedback efficiently

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles within creative agencies, design studios, or similar environments
• Strong understanding of branding and packaging deliverables
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage expectations and enforce process professionally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Packaging industry experience
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop deliverables
• Experience in agency production or traffic management
