Role Description
This role involves supporting learners through their Level 3 Data Driven Professional apprenticeship.
- Help change the world through science and technology apprenticeships
- Drive the progress of learners, keeping them on track to complete their training programme
- Combine industry expertise and technical knowledge in data processing and analysis
- Provide first-class coaching and training skills
- Support learners to embed workplace experiences and ensure knowledge transfer
- Build strong relationships with learners, employers, and workplace mentors
- Strive for success and push for the best outcomes for those supported
Qualifications
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Python, and SQL
- Passion for learning and sharing knowledge with the next generation of data experts
Requirements
- Right attitude and aptitude
- Ability to work independently without micromanagement
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Willingness to share feedback and challenge the status quo
Benefits
- Starting salary between £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, plus an end of year bonus if team KPIs are met
- 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Flexible working hours, totaling 37.5 hours per week
