Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update member and client information into the company’s databases with high accuracy
• Verify data accuracy by cross-checking source documents and system records
• Maintain data integrity by identifying and correcting errors, and flagging inconsistencies for review
• Process routine data-related tasks such as form submissions, invoicing details, and membership changes
• Organize and file electronic records for easy retrieval and audit readiness
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data workflows
• Produce basic reports or exports as needed to support operational needs

Qualifications

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Fast and steady typing speed with minimal errors
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with database or CRM systems
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain data confidentiality
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is a plus
