Remote Recruitment is hiring a Data Entry Specialist for a UK employer, working fully remotely from South Africa. You'll keep records accurate, up to date and easy to find, supporting a busy team that relies on clean data. • Enter and update records across spreadsheets and internal systems
• Check data for accuracy and fix errors or duplicates
• Organise and file digital documents so they're easy to retrieve
• Pull together simple reports when the team needs them
• Flag anything unusual or inconsistent for review

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry or a similar admin role
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
• Fast, accurate typing and strong attention to detail
• Clear written English and good organisation
• A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace

Benefits
