You’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role in maintaining the information that powers our travel experiences—updating accommodation details, pricing, images, and content in our internal system. Qualifications

• Near-native written and spoken English.
• Experience in data entry, administration, or operations support.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Based in Europe with a reliable internet connection.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel.
• Basic image editing skills are a plus.
• Passion for European travel is a bonus.

Requirements

• Input and maintain text and image data in our internal system, Marco.
• Update accommodation details, pricing, descriptions, and travel content.
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Perform high-volume data entry using spreadsheets and databases.
• Organize digital assets such as images and listings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet quality and productivity goals.
• Help improve processes and maintain consistency across large datasets.
