Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to handle large volumes of information with a high level of accuracy.

• Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and systems with high accuracy
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Organize and maintain digital and/or physical records
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
• Generate reports and retrieve data as requested
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role preferred
• Fast and accurate typing skills (e.g., 40–60 WPM)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of data management systems

Requirements

• Experience with CRM software or database management tools
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree is a plus)
