Role Description

We're hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative and health records team. If you're accurate, organized, and efficient — we want you on our team.

• Enter and update patient and medical information into our database systems
• Review records for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files
• Verify data accuracy by cross-checking source documents
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
• Handle sensitive patient information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
• Meet daily data entry quotas and accuracy targets

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of data entry or clerical experience preferred
• Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
• Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus
