Role Description

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Data Entry Analyst (Quality Assurance – Remote) to maintain accurate data records, verify quality, and perform detailed audits on data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at identifying discrepancies. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing & Accounts Processing
  • Input, verify, and maintain data entries across multiple systems.
  • Review entries for accuracy and completeness.
  • Correct or escalate errors in data records.
• Compliance & Reporting
  • Assist in preparing QA reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
  • Support audits and data validation processes.
• Cross-Department Coordination
  • Collaborate with data management, finance, and operations teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy aligns with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data entry or quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in government contracting or defense-related data QA.
• Familiarity with data management platforms and reporting tools.
