Role Description

As a Bilingual Danish Generalist Expert — AI Safety, you will:

• Write expert-level prompts in Danish across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, documenting the reasoning behind your judgments.
• Work independently and asynchronously to ensure model safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to improve AI model performance and handling of sensitive topics.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Danish, plus business-level written English.
• A Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Requirements

• Based in Denmark or the wider Western Europe region (preferred).
• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content (preferred).
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing (preferred).

Benefits

• Compensation: $48–$52/hour.
• Type: Contract.
