[Hiring] D365 Associate Functional Consultant @City Facilities Management (US) LLC

Role Description

This is a temporary position (approximately 12 months). Option to work remote. Full-time hours.

The temporary position is for an Associate Functional Consultant, D365 Field Service and Business Central, who can support verification, implementation, data migration, testing, deployment, and user support of a new platform and associated integrations and applications.

The Associate Functional Consultant role is to utilize best practices and methodologies to design, configure, implement, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Project Operations, and Business Central. Duties may include:

• Data Imports
• Design/configuration
• Testing
• Documentation
• Process flows
• Quality assurance
• Training
• Support

The Analyst will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help the business make good technology decisions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and some college credits.
• Microsoft Office Training

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role working with D365 Field Service and Business Central; Project Operations is a nice to have.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and Power Point.
• Ability to manipulate data in spreadsheets and import data.
• Ability to use Word, Visio, and Power Point to prepare documentation both technical and user-friendly.
• Create user stories and bugs, queries, and test cases in Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional analytical and statistical skills with the ability to apply them to systems issues and products as required.
• Experience with Microsoft solutions.
