[Hiring] Cybersecurity Organizational and IT Change Management Consultant @New Era Technology

Role Description

The Organizational Change Management Consultant will support the adoption of change, new tools, and new ways of working implemented by the cybersecurity team. They will leverage their experience and knowledge of how people and organizations manage change to support the adoption of our top cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Duties

• Assess the organization’s current change management.
• Develop a change management strategy to support security-related programs.
• Implement change management processes and tools to support the adoption of cybersecurity changes.
• Contribute to practice-building efforts such as knowledge sharing.
• Develop processes to measure progress and effectiveness of change management activities and business readiness.
• Effect change through business process engineering design, prevent change collisions at scale, and improve ways of working for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Ability to interact with leadership and staff at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills; demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Collaborative team worker – both in person and virtually using MS Teams or similar.
• Ability to work as a liaison between business and information security/information technology.
• Flexibility to accommodate working across different time zones.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong spoken and written English.
• Business outcomes mindset.
• Solid balance of strategic thinking with detail orientation.
• Self-starter, ability to take initiative.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with cybersecurity teams, ideally supporting change management or project management activities.
• Relevant experience in change management related to transformation programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, communication planning and execution, training support, and business readiness).

Pay Range

$100 — $110 USD
