Role Description

We seek an experienced Crypto Community Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, engaging, and knowledgeable individual who lives and breathes crypto. You will be the face and voice of our company in the community, responsible for driving engagement, facilitating discussions, and creating a thriving ecosystem for our projects.

• Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community members across multiple platforms, including Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and Twitter, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
• Content Creation: Generate and share compelling content that educates and excites our community about our projects and the broader cryptocurrency landscape.
• Moderation: Monitor community channels, responding to queries, addressing concerns, and managing discussions to maintain a respectful and productive environment.
• Feedback Loop: Gather and relay feedback from the community to the internal team to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
• Event Coordination: Organize and host virtual events, AMAs, and webinars to drive community engagement and promote our projects.
• Growth Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to grow our community and increase user engagement and retention.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track community metrics, analyze engagement data, and report on community growth and sentiment to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years managing online communities, with a strong preference for experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience in the crypto community is also valued.
• Skills:
  • Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market and active involvement in crypto communities.
  • Proven ability to manage and engage large online communities across platforms like Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and Twitter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create compelling content and foster meaningful discussions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple community channels and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive community engagement strategies.

Assessment Process
