[Hiring] CRM Solutions Architect @Huble

Role Description

As the HubSpot Solutions Architect, your role is to architect solutions with the HubSpot CRM at the forefront. This may include:

• Data migrations and systems integrations, considering clients' existing technology and business processes.
• Understanding the client's current organization structure and technology stack through analysis, workshops, or independent research.
• Working with the Development team and other consulting teams to define architecture and scope solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in designing effective architectures, developing data strategies, leveraging APIs, and creating seamless integrations.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis.
• 3+ years experience in a digital/technical agency/consultancy in a consulting/specialist role.
• 5+ years overall work experience, with at least 2 in a senior role.
• Relevant Tertiary qualification (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, A BComm Honours, BBusSci, Masters in Business).
• Extensive ability to read and understand technical documentation (API documentation, ERD, functional specifications).
• Excellent command of English, with exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to present work succinctly.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and ability to adjust to changing processes.
• Solid understanding of CRM and Customer Experience.

Requirements

• For new joiners: Direct experience with CRM systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
• For current employees: Proficiency in HubSpot is expected.
• Demonstration of understanding of networks, databases, and technology.
• Experience with big data and integrating systems, leveraging APIs, or custom-built solutions.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and manage time effectively.
• High tolerance for working under pressure and willingness to put in hard work.
