Role Description

We are looking for a Crisis Support Worker to add to our team! A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families preferred. We will teach you the rest!

A Day in The Life as a Crisis Support Worker:

• Assist with children after hours.
• Situations may include transporting a child to their new foster home or helping a child in moderate crisis.
• This is a full-time position.
• Support Workers may be asked to be with a child in a hospital or any of our numerous offices in the area.
• Company car, cell phone, and computer provided.
• Requires a rotation of weekend on-call hours once every four weeks.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and eager to learn.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy coping skills.
• Strong desire to advocate for children.
