[Hiring] Credentialing Specialist @ReWorks Solutions

Role Description

This role involves managing provider credentialing and recredentialing with payers and networks.

• Collects, verifies, and maintains clinician licenses, certifications, and required documents
• Submits and tracks applications for BCBAs, RBTs, and supervising clinicians
• Ensures compliance with payer, state, and regulatory requirements
• Monitors expiration dates and proactively renews credentials
• Maintains accurate credentialing records and supports audits
• Coordinates with billing, HR, and clinical leadership to prevent service delays
• Receives new hire and termination updates
• Verifies licenses and certifications from onboarding files
• Aligns start dates with payer approval
• Alerts HR to expirations or issues
• Shares credential status for staffing and payroll

Qualifications

• Previous experience in provider credentialing, ideally within an ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health setting
• Knowledge of insurance enrollment processes and common payer requirements
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with credentialing software is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable working U.S. hours
