Role Description

FaithOnline is a Christ-centered platform where believers encounter Scripture-grounded content and authentic community. As we prepare for our hard launch and continued growth, we need someone to build and run one of the most important engines at the center of FaithOnline: our Voices.

This role owns the Voices program end-to-end:

• Recruitment
• Pipeline development
• Onboarding
• Stewardship
• Activation
• Systems
• Reporting

The goal is to build a robust, scalable creator model that:

• Consistently brings the right Voices into FaithOnline
• Equips them to contribute meaningfully
• Keeps them engaged over time
• Connects their work across content, community, marketing, product, and growth

You'll be both the relationship and the system behind the relationship: someone Voices know and trust, and someone internally who can build the infrastructure required to support hundreds of creators without losing the human element.

Qualifications

• Experience building and growing creator programs
• Ability to point to a creator, influencer, ambassador, contributor, or membership program you've helped scale
• Strong systems-building skills
• Familiarity with CRM, onboarding, communications, segmentation, reporting, activation, and re-engagement
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with data and execution
• Startup scrappiness and ability to work in ambiguity

• 15+ hours/week minimum commitment

• Developed a clear point of view and priorities for the Voices program
