[Hiring] Consultant Relations Senior Manager @BetterHelp

Role Description

BetterHelp is looking for a Consultant Relations Senior Manager to help accelerate the growth of our Enterprise business by building and activating relationships across the employee benefits broker and consultant ecosystem.

• Own broker and consultant engagement across assigned markets.
• Identify firms, offices, and individual relationships with the greatest potential to expand BetterHelp’s reach and generate new business opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships and develop engagement strategies.
• Help brokers and consultants understand, evaluate, and confidently introduce BetterHelp to their clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience within the employee benefits broker and consultant ecosystem.
• Strong working knowledge of the employee benefits broker and consultant ecosystem.
• A demonstrated track record of building and maintaining strong broker and consultant relationships.
• Experience developing relationships through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Experience partnering with sales teams to develop opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Strong business judgment and ability to prioritize relationships.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and initiatives.
• Data-informed and detail-oriented.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience in employee benefits, healthcare, digital health, behavioral health, or a related industry is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Travel expected approximately 25–50%, depending on market, time of year, events, and business needs.
