[Hiring] Consultant for Independent Review of the Service Bundle Pricing Tool @AGORA

Role Description

To conduct an independent, end-to-end assessment of the Service Bundle Pricing Tool used by Supply Division Cold Chain Team and provide actionable recommendations to enhance its:

• Analytical robustness
• Governance and control of the environment
• Operational usability
• Strategic relevance for future procurement decision-making

Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration, Economy, Finance or Supply Chain
• At least 5 years in Consulting on Service Contracting and Pricing for strategic commodities
• Experience in public sector, UN/UNICEF is an asset
• Experience in Service Contracting and Pricing (developing benchmarking tools)
• Supply Chain Management, Cold Chain or Medical Equipment Management in low resource settings
• Fluency of English required, knowledge of any other UN languages is an asset
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze and process large datasets
