Role Description

This role involves leading a team of Associate Consultants in client projects and delivering patent analysis and IP monetization research.

• Lead team of Associate Consultants in client projects.
• Responsible for delivery of patent analysis and IP monetization research, including but not limited to:
  • Technology due diligence
  • Market research
  • Target scouting
  • Infringement analysis
  • Digital forensics
• Design test benches and reverse engineer various functionalities using industry-standard tools and/or custom-built tools.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients, and serve as an evangelist for Lumenci's services and products.
• Identify and develop relationships with a network of labs for Lumenci’s product testing and Reverse Engineering services.
• Work with product teams to advise in the development and testing of Lumenci’s technology platforms.
• Showcase technology and IP thought leadership via blogs and research reports.
• Collaborate across the organization in-person and with virtual, global teams.
• Attend internal and external meetings, workshops, conferences, source code reviews, depositions, trials, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role where the required skills were gained.
• Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience with:

Requirements

• Approximately 40% domestic travel is required.
• Work-from-home flexibility.
