Role Description
This role involves implementing real change in the international higher education landscape. You’ll take on meaningful challenges that see a positive impact across the business and the wider sector.
- Contributing to international consulting projects including occasionally taking a leading role on some components: planning, managing, and delivering
- Ensuring high expectations for quality in all assigned projects and deliverables
- Contributing to business development opportunities for prospective clients: scoping and proposal tailoring
- Enhancing the customer experience to convert one-time satisfied customers to long-term partners and champions
- Contributing to channel insights surfaced through close working with the team and QS stakeholders into evidence-based feature recommendations for products and services across the QS portfolio
- Building a sound working knowledge of international higher education
- Any other duties that fall within the scope and purpose of the role
Qualifications
- Highly adaptable and quick learner
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring high quality delivery
- Confident approach and creative mindset oriented towards problem-solving and strategic development
- Strong commitment to maintaining and surpassing standards
- Ability to manage workload and competing deadlines with minimal handholding
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent team-work ethic, able to learn from other team members
- Ability to take the initiative and to proactively suggest solutions when problem-solving
- Highly effective presentation and communication skills, supported strongly by data where appropriate
- Robust standards of concise, professional, and insightful report writing
- Confidence with data processing and visualisation tools (Advanced Excel, Tableau, R, etc.) is a plus
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish; a fluent command of one or more the following languages: Arabic, Mandarin, Portuguese or French is a plus
- Experience in higher education and/or established consulting practice experience is a plus
