[Hiring] Community Strategist @Mighty Networks

Role Description

As a Community Strategist, you’ll work with our premium Mighty Pro customers to help them create deeply engaging community experiences that lead to powerful outcomes.

• Lead workshops, co-create launch strategies, and shape the early member experience for influential Hosts.
• Serve as a strategic partner to new Mighty Pro Hosts during their onboarding phase.
• Facilitate impactful workshops that establish strong foundations in community design, content cadence, and engagement strategy.
• Deliver targeted training on feature utilization, member onboarding flows, and tactical programming.
• Provide creative input on brand elements to ensure a cohesive member journey.
• Own the development and delivery of strategic Community Design Plans.
• Collaborate closely with Launch Specialists and Implementation teams.
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and excellence in member experience execution.
• Maintain regular updates to internal stakeholders on Host performance and outcomes.
• Contribute to shared knowledge across the Customer Success team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of client-facing experience, ideally with strategic accounts in a SaaS, media, or creator-focused business.
• 2+ years experience in a consulting, business coaching, or agency role.
• Strategic thinker and tactical executor.
• Deep understanding of community-building and digital member experiences.
• Excellent communicator and facilitator.
• Master of meetings with a plan and clear decision-making.
• Adaptable and proactive, energized by growth and ambiguity.
• Highly collaborative and cross-functional.
• Radically curious with a growth mindset.

Compensation

The base salary for this role ranges from $80,000–$145,000, with exact compensation based on location, experience, and cost of living.
