Role Description

The Community Impact & Outreach Advisor helps Guideship build strong relationships with community organizations, underserved populations, volunteers, and local stakeholders. The Advisor serves as a bridge between the organization and the communities it seeks to serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop community partnerships.
• Support participant recruitment and outreach.
• Promote volunteer engagement.
• Identify unmet community needs.
• Assist with public awareness campaigns.
• Represent Guideship at community events.
• Help evaluate program impact and community feedback.

Qualifications

• Community leader, nonprofit executive, workforce advocate, civic leader, faith-based leader, or public service professional.
• Strong local network.
• Experience working with underserved populations.
• Passion for community empowerment and economic opportunity.

Requirements

• Time Commitment: 4–8 hours per month.
• Compensation: Volunteer Advisory Position.
