[Hiring] Commercial Operations Intern @Advarra

Role Description

Our Summer Intern Program is aimed at providing an enriching and mutually beneficial experience that empowers young talent with the skills, knowledge, and values needed to excel in their chosen fields and potential careers at Advarra. In addition to their working teams, the cohort will have regular opportunities to engage with each other and senior leaders from across Advarra to expand their networks and exposure to the business.

The Segment Operations team is responsible for collaborating with Advarra’s Commercial Segment Leaders (Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Sites & Institutions) and providing leadership with analytics, pipeline management, and operational support. The Commercial Operations Intern will support the Segment Operations team in data clean-up, analysis, and summarizing insights.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Data clean-up: Reviewing Salesforce data and enriching records with updated data
• Analysis: Building analytical models and deriving key insights from the data
• Specific projects may include:
  • Analytics of site technology renewals
  • Account record analysis and clean-up
  • Territory analysis
  • Pipeline analysis
• This role will work closely with the Segment Operations team and may work directly with Client Executives and Commercial Leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Graduate or undergraduate student
• Ability to participate in the cohort beginning Monday, June 2, 2025 and running through Friday, August 8, 2025 and work 20/40 hours per week between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm EST
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States

Physical and Mental Requirements

• Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation

• Verbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking
