Role Description

A rapidly growing commercial glass and glazing contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its team and help support continued growth across complex commercial projects. • Unitized Systems
• Storefront Systems
• Doors & Hardware
• Government Facilities
• Data Centers
• Educational Facilities
• Multi-Family Projects
• Institutional Construction
• Blast-Resistant Glazing Systems

Project sizes range from approximately $100K to $9M+, with an average project size around $750K.

Software Experience Required

• GDS (Primary Estimating Platform)
• LogiKal
• Glazier Studio / Laser Studio

Experience performing detailed takeoffs, bid preparation, scope reviews, and pricing for commercial glazing projects is required.

Qualifications

• Commercial Glass & Glazing Estimating Experience
• Strong understanding of storefront and curtain wall systems
• Ability to perform accurate takeoffs and bid preparation
• Knowledge of commercial construction documents and specifications
• Experience reviewing plans and identifying project risks
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Data Center experience
• Blast-resistant glazing systems
• Multi-family and institutional projects
• Fabrication knowledge

Compensation will be based on experience and industry expertise.

Location

Remote candidates will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates located within Western or Central U.S. time zones to support collaboration with project teams and clients.
