Role Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time Collection Specialists with a base pay of $15 per hour plus unlimited bonus potential.

Collection Specialists contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Requirements

• Schedule: Varies Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm
• Ability to Actively Listen and Communicate Effectively

Preferred

• One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience
• One (1) year of Collection Experience
• Mathematical and Analytical Skills
• Negotiation Skills
