Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collaboration Platform Engineer to support and enhance our social collaboration platform and services. This role serves as a key bridge between end users, internal stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring smooth operations, strong governance, and high-quality user experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and is passionate about improving our enterprise collaboration platform and processes.

• Leverage deep platform knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex platform issues.
• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide guidance on collaboration tools, provision sites, and use technical expertise to develop creative solutions to unique end-user challenges.
• Manage and resolve customer requests and issues through ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective support.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar reporting tools to provide insights into platform usage, performance, and trends.
• Collaborate with external vendors to gather, refine, and manage requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Execute and maintain governance processes for the collaboration platform, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to contribute to enhancing overall platform efficiency and increased user satisfaction.
• Create and follow standard work procedures.

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with/ Responsible for administering a platform or application such as SharePoint.
• Experience working with ticketing system such as ServiceNow.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
