[Hiring] Cohort Services Manager @Qualified Health PBC

Role Description

Qualified Health partners with health systems to deploy an AI platform used by clinical and non-clinical staff across the enterprise. The Cohort Services team ensures that partnership translates into real adoption, measurable value, and durable relationships with health system leaders. We work across every partnership, helping health systems learn from each other’s successes and failures as we go.

The Cohort Services Manager drives engagement across all Qualified Health partner systems:

• Leading training sessions that get frontline staff comfortable and confident with the Qualified platform.
• Producing educational and engagement materials that support adoption at scale.
• Planning events and programs that bring health system partners together.
• Enabling account-facing AI Transformation teams to deliver materials effectively.
• Building AI assistants inside our product for user training and support.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in a role combining training/enablement, content creation, and event or program management, ideally in healthcare, health tech, or a related field.
• Excellent written communication skills, with experience drafting or editing content for external publication.
• Confident public speaker and facilitator, comfortable presenting to varied audiences from frontline staff to executives.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working directly with health system stakeholders or other enterprise clients is a plus.
• Genuine interest in healthcare AI and a desire to help health systems adopt it thoughtfully and effectively.

Requirements

• Deliver successful launches by leading implementation of Chat and Assistant Builder tools for new health system partners.
• Drive new user adoption through engagement communications and support change champion cohorts.
• Deliver live training sessions and develop on-demand collateral for new users.
• Keep users engaged with ongoing communications and cross-client training sessions.
• Help department leaders achieve ROI by convening collaboratives and building workflow implementation packages.
• Strengthen executive engagement by producing executive-facing case studies and planning Qualified Circle events.

The pay range for this role is between $140,000 and $160,000, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
