Role Description

We are looking for an organised, confident, and detail-oriented Clinical Training & Documentation Coordinator to support our client's ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on the correct use of clinical software.
• Monitoring session documentation and ensuring records are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintaining documentation standards and supporting staff with system-related questions.
• Following up on outstanding items to ensure compliance with internal requirements and deadlines.

Experience with CentralReach is highly preferred. However, candidates with experience using similar healthcare platforms, electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems, or clinical practice management software are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration, clinical operations, quality assurance, compliance, staff training, or clinical documentation.
• Experience training or onboarding staff on software, systems, or operational processes.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors and incomplete records.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Confidence conducting virtual training sessions and communicating expectations professionally.
• Experience using task trackers, spreadsheets, or similar tools to monitor outstanding work and deadlines.
• The ability to follow through consistently and hold staff accountable for completing required tasks.

Requirements

• Experience with CentralReach is highly preferred, particularly in an ABA or clinical setting.
