  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate program documentation, including policies, procedures, workflows, and performance reports.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives by identifying performance trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage documentation, compliance reporting, and audit preparation to ensure programs meet regulatory, accreditation, and internal standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, leadership, operations, analytics teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Facilitate meetings, trainings, and program updates to drive adoption, consistency, and continuous improvement.
  • Support data collection, validation, and evaluation efforts related to program effectiveness, outcomes, and regulatory or payer submissions.

  • 2+ years of experience in clinical program coordination, healthcare operations, analytics, or related roles.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a DMEPOS, medical device, or similar healthcare environment, preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and leadership teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with comfort analyzing and presenting data.
